30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@thenorthbrew.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
