Return & Refund Policy

At The North Brew, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we review your request and determine that a refund is appropriate, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
