We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Shipping Time: 5–10 Business Days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–13 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

The North Brew is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at:

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
